Shipping policy
At LosReyes, we provide a structured and consistent shipping and fulfillment process. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak periods (including BOGO and pre-sale events), processing may take 7–14 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been shipped.
TRACKING INFORMATION
A confirmation email with tracking information is issued once the order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect after the package has left the warehouse.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
LosReyes is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. Claims for non-receipt must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, a new shipping fee will be required to re-ship the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not waived in cases of customer error.
SHIPPING METHODS (U.S. ORDERS)
The following shipping options are available at checkout for orders within the United States:
Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)
• Free for orders of $65 or more
• $5.90 flat rate for orders under $65
Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
• $17.90 flat rate
Notes:
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays
• Express Shipping includes order prioritization during BOGO and pre-sale events
• Shipping methods cannot be changed once the order has been placed
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The above shipping options apply only to orders shipped within the United States.
For international orders, available shipping options and pricing are determined at checkout based on the destination and carrier availability.
Delivery timeframes and guarantees may vary and are not controlled by LosReyes.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
Package Protection is an optional service offered at checkout to protect orders against loss or damage during transit.
1. What’s Covered
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Packages damaged during carrier transit
Package Protection must be selected at checkout to be valid.
2. What’s Not Covered
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Damage resulting from customer misuse
• Carrier delays caused by weather, strikes, or other disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Packages returned to sender or left unclaimed
• Orders that did not include Package Protection at checkout
3. Filing a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
To file a claim, customers must email support@shoplosreyes.com with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo of the item (if applicable)
All claims are subject to verification and approval.
If approved, LosReyes may issue a replacement or store credit at its sole discretion.
BOGO AND PRE-SALE ORDERS
Products offered during promotional periods, including BOGO and pre-sale events, may not be immediately available for shipment.
If an order includes a pre-sale item and Express Shipping is selected, the order will be prioritized for fulfillment and shipped once inventory becomes available.
Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped.
Orders may ship separately based on item availability. Orders that include BUY 1 GET 1 FREE promotions will ship together once all items included in the promotion are available.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:
