We started with just a few pairs of sunglasses, but we had a vision for what we wanted to achieve. We were determined to create a brand that would stand out in a crowded market, and we knew that we had to be different to succeed.
As we began to grow and expand our product line, we attracted the attention of some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. Pro athletes like Tyreek Hill and AJ Greene saw the value in our brand and joined us, helping to spread the word about our sunglasses to a wider audience.
As we continue to grow and evolve, our mission remains the same: to provide affordable, high-quality sunglasses that allow kids and young athletes to feel cool and confident without breaking the bank. If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement.Here’s how:
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to losreyesapparel@gmail.com Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
- If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement
We ship all orders out of our east coast based shipping fulfillment center 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Economy Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 3-4 Business Days
