Pre-sale policy
At LosReyes, we provide a structured and controlled pre-sale process for select products. By placing a pre-sale order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
WHAT IS A PRE-SALE
A pre-sale allows customers to reserve a product before it becomes available for shipment.
Pre-sale orders secure inventory in advance and are fulfilled once production and stock availability are complete.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Estimated shipping timeframes are displayed on each product page.
All timeframes are estimates and may change due to production or logistical delays.
LosReyes is not responsible for delays caused by production, logistics, or carrier-related factors outside of its control.
Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been shipped.
Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund unless they exceed the 14-day threshold outlined in this policy.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders containing pre-sale items are fulfilled based on product availability.
In-stock items ship separately from pre-sale items.
Orders that include promotional offers such as BUY 1 GET 1 FREE are shipped together once all items in the promotion are available.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Pre-sale orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
If a pre-sale item is delayed more than 14 days beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund.
All requests are subject to verification and approval.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is issued once the pre-sale item has shipped.
Orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout.
Shipping timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched.
LIMITATIONS
Refunds are not issued for pre-sale orders except in cases where the delay exceeds the 14-day threshold outlined above.
All other return and exchange requests remain subject to the Return & Exchange Policy.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By completing a pre-sale purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:
