RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LosReyes, we do not offer refunds.
Orders placed with Standard or Express Shipping are automatically covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee, which includes eligibility for exchange or store credit if you're not satisfied.

Orders placed with Economy Shipping are final sale and are not eligible for any post-purchase support.

This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or post-purchase support. Shipping options for international customers are provided at checkout by third-party carriers.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

(Standard & Express Shipping Only)

You may request a free exchange or store credit if:

  • You selected Standard or Express Shipping at checkout

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

This applies to regular, BOGO, and pre-sale orders.
Eligibility is based on the shipping method you selected.
For pre-sale items, return requests can be submitted after your full order has been delivered.
Only orders shipped within the U.S. qualify for this guarantee.

If approved, you may choose:

  • A free exchange, or

  • Store credit (digital gift card with no expiration)

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Return shipping is free, and approved exchanges are shipped via Economy Shipping (5–8 business days).

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

To start a return, email support@shoplosreyes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to exchange

  • The reason for your request

  • A photo, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Important:
We will inspect your return upon arrival to confirm it is unused, unmarked, unworn, and free from scratches or damage.
Only after this inspection will your store credit be issued or your exchange shipped.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Orders placed with Economy Shipping

  • Items marked final sale

  • Returns received more than 7 days after delivery

  • Items that are worn, used, scratched, or damaged

  • Returns sent without prior approval
