When will my order ship?
Orders process within 1–3 business days, or 7–14 days for BOGO and pre-sale orders. Once processed, Economy orders arrive within 5–8 business days and are free on orders over $80.
Do you offer kids’ sunglasses?
We offer our Candy Collection, specifically designed for kids ages 3–12 with smaller faces. These styles are made to provide a comfortable, kid-friendly fit while still delivering the same great protection as our other shades.
Are the lenses polarized?
Our Polarized and Omega Collection feature polarized lenses for enhanced glare reduction and clearer vision, on top of UV400 protection to help protect your eyes from harmful UV rays.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders, including pre-orders, are final and cannot be canceled or changed once placed. If a pre-order has not shipped within 14 business days of its estimated ship date, it becomes eligible for a refund.
What if the fit isn't right?
If the fit isn't quite right, no worries! You have 30 days to make an exchange through our Returns Portal athttps://returns.shoplosreyes.com/#/.
A $25 refundable fee applies to exchanges, and accessories are eligible for a refund only.
What if my order arrives damaged?
For added peace of mind, we offer Package Protection at checkout. It protects your order against loss or damage during transit, including packages marked as delivered but not received or damaged during carrier transit. If something goes wrong, we’ll help make the process hassle-free.
