"Preorders means no refunds when they miscount product. 1 month after not receiving my order, I reached out to get status. I was told they were working on my order and have it shipped soon. 2 months later I reached out and was told they didn't have a preoder item due to shortage of product and no reprints. Their response was NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO MATTER WHAT and to pick something else by force. Upon recieving remainder of order, the lack of structural quality and durability does not make up for the style or pricepoint. Do not recommend"

I get lots of compliments on them, and people asking where they can get them so I've sent people to the Los Reyes website. People are shocked to find out the price point is much lower than the big brands for the same quality you received from the big brands"
