LosReyes Shipping Protection – Terms of Service

We offer optional shipping protection for added peace of mind. This service covers eligible orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Shipping Options

We currently offer three shipping methods at checkout:

• Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)

  •  Free on orders of $65 or more

  •  $4.90 flat rate for orders under $65

• Standard Shipping (3–4 Business Days)

  • $9.90 flat rate for all orders

• Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

  • $17.90 flat rate for all orders

1. Coverage & Eligibility

1.1 What’s Covered

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

• Valid only for packages protected by LosReyes Shipping Protection at checkout.

1.2 Eligibility

• Must be selected during checkout.

• Protection applies only to items purchased directly from LosReyes.

2. Filing a Claim

2.1 Timeframe

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

2.2 How to File

To initiate a claim, email support@shoplosreyes.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue (loss, theft, damage, or delay)

• A clear photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

2.3 Resolution

We’ll review your claim promptly. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Additional documentation may be requested as needed.

3. What’s Not Covered

LosReyes Shipping Protection does not cover:

• Damage due to improper packaging or carrier mishandling

• Orders not protected at checkout

• Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions

4.1 Policy Updates

LosReyes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website.

4.2 Cancellations

Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your package is in transit.
